Story 1:
I had this tattoo done on my back in 2023 at BlackSphynx Tattoo in San Antonio, Texas, during one of their Flash Friday events, alongside one of my best girlfriends, Lana. The moment I saw the design, I fell in love—the delicate lines, the soft beauty of the flowers, and the elegant simplicity spoke to me instantly. Although the event was meant for arm and leg placements only, I was lucky enough to have an artist who agreed to place it on my back. One hour of pain for a lifetime of beauty—and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Story 2:
I had my ankle tattoo done by the talented artist @inkzby_bruja in El Paso, Texas. This piece holds deep meaning—it symbolizes my childhood and the growth I’ve experienced throughout my life.
Growing up, my nickname was “baby giraffe.” I ran track and field as a kid, and people would say I moved just like one—tall, lanky, and a little wobbly. I would grow 3 to 6 inches at a time, making my limbs feel clumsy and out of sync, but it became part of my charm. I was also known for always smiling, bright and cheerful no matter what—just like a sunflower turning toward the sun.
This tattoo blends both those symbols: the giraffe and the sunflower. Together, they represent joy, growth, and resilience. And one day, when I have a child of my own, I plan to add a baby giraffe to the design—to mark the next chapter of my journey and how growth continues through generations.

Story 3:
I had my behind the ear tattoo done in 2012, the night before I left my hometown of El Paso, Texas, to start my adulthood journey at the University of Texas at Austin. It’s a best friend symbol that I share with my childhood best friend—mine is behind my left ear, and hers is behind her right, creating a mirror image to reflect our bond. A permanent reminder of where I came from, who I started with, and the love that travels with me.
