Jorge’s Story:

These specific tattoos represent my fascination for space and science as a whole. Here I carry a snippet of the Golden Record, sent to space inside the Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft. It’s sort of a “star map” that shows where we are in space, in case someone, billions of miles away, happens to find it. The arrow under it represents where our planet Earth is in the solar system, and the entire tattoo on my other arm represents the solar system itself. 

I like adding little things here and there that remind me of the things that I am passionate about.
